Here are the Trophy types and their point value:

Event Attendance (2 Points): Earned when someone from your company attends a Proud to Manufacture in Michigan sponsored event.

Trophy	Description
	Rank: Your ranking among all the Proud to Manufacture in Michigan participants.
	Total Points: The sum of all the points earned for fulfilling trophy requirements.
	Featured Manufacturer of the Week (5 Points): Each week we select a Featured Manufacturer of the Week. As a Manufacturer of the Week we prominently display your company on the Proud to Manufacture program landing page, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Each month the Manufacturer of the week will be highlighted in our Newsletter and your company becomes eligible for national Make it in America program.
	Completed Profile (5 Points): Everyone that is accepted into the Proud to Manufacture in Michigan program will receive a silver profile trophy but only those that have provided two of the three non-mandatory company information will earn the Gold Profile trophy and the points. The three optional sections are Products & Services, Company Videos, and Articles & News.
	Liking the program on Facebook (1 Point): Our community is growing and we want you to be a part of it! We’re promoting the positive impacts Michigan Manufacturing has on our communities. Valuable articles and Tips are regularly posted to our page. Check regularly so you don’t miss a thing!
	Following the program on Twitter (1 Point): Not everyone is a Tweeter but for those that are, follow us and get the latest on Manufacturing and events.
	Join us on Linked In (1 Point): Stay current with National and Global topics that affect Manufacturing. We tomb over the plethora of articles and bring you ones that may have gotten missed.
	Champion of Continuous Improvement (5 Points): Nothing stays the same and those that continually improve reap the rewards. We want to bring visibility to those companies that have adopted the mindset of Continuous Improvement and apply it regularly to their operations.
	Completed a Transformation Planner (10 Points): MMTC’s Transformation Planner is the ideal tool for charting your company’s journey to achieve lower costs and higher profitability. The Transformation Planner starts by benchmarking your data to show 12 key metrics in comparison to other companies within your industry sector.
	Nationally Featured Manufacturer of the Week (5 Points): The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), our Federal Sponsor, will select companies from state MEPs to be highlight on a national level. Selected companies get web space on the NIST website and will be included in a nationally distributed newsletter. Often times, visibility includes appearances in News Releases and Congressional Representative acknowledgements. To be eligible, you must be an active member of the Proud to Manufacture Program and have demonstrated the adoption of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
	Shop Rat Foundation Sponsor (2 Points): The Shop Rat Foundation is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization with a mission to ignite interest in manufacturing careers among our nation’s youth, through development of innovative educational tools, curriculum and outreach programs and in partnerships with schools, community groups, companies and industry associations. Sponsoring the Shop Rat Foundation at any level will earn this trophy!
	Member has an E-Commerce Site (3 Points): An E-Commerce site is a great way to grow sales with existing and new customers. Creating your own E-Commerce site doesn’t have to be complicated. Check out a fellow Michigan company trying to help companies like you expand your reach: Michigan-Made.com
	Pure Michigan Business Connect Participant (2 Points): The Michigan Economic Development Corporation has created a marketplace for businesses that features thousands of buyers and Michigan suppliers. They match your business expertise and put you in front of customers the moment they have a need with our exclusive matchmaking technology. Take the time to explore the Strategic Business Services offered by the MEDC and their partners for growing companies in Michigan.
	Michigan Celebrates Small Business (MCSB) MI Companies to Watch (2 Points): The mission of MCSB is to honor and recognize Michigan’s small business people and those champions and advocates that support them. MCSB brings together the resources of collaborative partners and supporters so that they may raise the profile of small businesses in Michigan, build a network of entrepreneurial companies, and tell the stories of successful, growing Michigan entrepreneurs. Michigan Celebrates Small Business seeks to recognize small businesses in variety of different industries and fields whose growth is supporting Michigan’s economy.
	Member has an Apprenticeship Program (3 Points): Increasingly, we hear from manufacturers struggling with finding talent. We’d like to recognize our members that have gone above and beyond to create an apprenticeship program to develop talent for themselves but for Michigan as a whole.
	Member Referral (1 Point): Our community is made great by members like you promoting manufacturing in Michigan! Refer a manufacturer that becomes a member and earn your Member Referral trophy.
