Replacing pre-drilling or pre-punching holes and spot welding, this technology ensures a cleaner manufacturing environment. We provide advanced self-pierce riveting systems that can join sheets of varying materials, like aluminum to steel and composites to metals, as well as similar materials like steel to steel and aluminum to aluminum. When it comes to applications that require an adhesive joining method, self-pierce riveting adds the benefit of ensuring a secure joint while giving the adhesive time to cure and form a tight bond. The entire process begins with sound joint development that includes strength and integrity testing to optimize rivet joints to best suit the application and ensure the desired outcome.
