REMINDING PEOPLE OF SIMPLER TIMES

Founded in 2011, Cool Jacks goal was the outset to bring together two cookies and a scoop of ice cream with the hope of reminding people of the simpler times in life. The company was named after the owner’s dog, Jackson, and began with a passion for cookies and ice cream.

Cool Jacks began with one cart and grew as the demand for catering increased. The company now offers six flavor combinations that can be found in the frozen dessert section of several retailers. Cool Jacks also caters for special events with carts and even a full dessert truck.
